With the aim of helping beginners, and as a praise for Gwen and Damo's hard work, in this video I analyse and synthesise the perfect pump foiling technique that pros are using to pump longer and further with ease.

In this series, I’m documenting my journey into pump foiling with the goal of helping beginners like me return to the dock, pump longer and further in any condition, and start from anywhere, so that in a near future we’ll unlock together the full potential of this discipline and explore the beauty of the world on our tiny body-powered boards.
