Ingredients List:
1 pack of melba toast
1 liter milk
1 cup of granulated sugar
2 tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons of starch
1 pack of vanilla
2 tablespoons of butter
1 lemon peel
For the Caramel sauce;
1 cup of granulated sugar
2 glasses of water
For the ganache:
1 cup of liquid cream
Dark chocolate, milk chocolate
Preparation:
We arrange the Melba toasts in the baking dish. On the other hand, we pour the sugar into the pot and turn it into caramel on low heat without touching the spoon. When it becomes caramelized, add the water and mix it with a whisk. We pour it on the melba toasts. We pour milk, sugar, flour, starch and vanilla into the pot and cook until the gazelle eyes. When the bottom of the stove is turned off, add the butter. Mix it well with a whisk. After the cream has cooled, we beat it with a mixer 2 times. Pour the cream over the melba toasts. Melt milk and chocolate in a pan. We pour a couple of spoons of oil, it makes it look shiny. Pour the warm chocolate over the cream. Cover it with cling film and leave it in the refrigerator for 1 night. We decorate it with pistachios. You can decorate it any way you want. Enjoy your meal.
