In this video we have shared recipe of very quick and easy to make dahi bhindi sabji. This we have made in very different way as we have used yogurt to make this bhindi mixed with some dry spices. Also, to make it look more attractive we

DAHI BHINDI MASALA
INGREDIENTS
BHINDI (OKRA) 500 GM
CURD (DAHI) 1/2 CUP
CORIANDER POWDER 1 TSP
RED CHILLI POWDER 1 TSP
BLACK PEPPER POWDER 1 TSP
TURMERIC POWDER 1 TSP
ROASTED CUMIN POWDER 2 TSP
SALT TO TASTE
LEMON JUICE 2 TBSP
OIL 3 TBSP
ONION (SLICED) 2 NOS.
GREEN CHILLI (CHOPPED) 3 NOS.
GINGER JULIENNE FOR GARNISHING
FRESH CORIANDER FOR GARNISHING
