Harvesting sweet potatoes from our
Harvesting sweet potatoes from our Square Foot Garden. We got 120 pounds of potatoes came from 1 organic sweet potato that we bought a sprouted. The soil mix by measure: 1/3 peat moss (fluffed), 1/3 coarse vermiculite, 1/3 is a mixture of 4-5 different quality composts.
