The New Shop organized their first Entrepreneurship Conclave to celebrate the milestones and achievements of the company and their franchise partners. The event saw 150+ business partners from 26 cities of India come together on their big day. The event was hosted at Surya Hotel in Delhi and was emceed by popular Bollywood actor Ishtiyak Khan (famous for his roles in Phas Gaye Re Obama, Tamasha, Fukrey Returns etc). The event started with the company's Founders addressing the gathering with their vision for the company, followed by the company leaders addressing key developments and accomplishments of all departments such as Operations and Training, Food and beverages, Technology, Real estate projects and expansion, Franchise development, government affairs etc. Finally, the event concluded with an awards ceremony, where the company awarded the Top 8 franchise partners for their performance and achievements in 2023.
