Ingredients
Ice Pops:
1 Cup (250 grams) Heavy Cream
3 Tablespoons (25 grams) Sweetener
1 Cup (250 grams) Greek Yogurt
Chocolate Coating:
1 Cup (140 grams) Sugar-Free Chocolate
3 Tablespoons Coconut Oil

Instructions
Prepare all ingredients for making the best sugar-free popsicles. You can prepare Whipped Cream and Greek yogurt in advance following our recipes. You can also make our Sugar-Free Chocolate and Chocolate Magic Shell following our recipe if you need more tips and tricks.
Using a hand blender container, simply pour your heavy cream and sweetener and whip until stiff peaks.
Once your whipped cream is ready, place it into the Mixing bowl with yogurt and whisk until all combined.
Once all whipped, fill up our silicone molds using a small spoon.
Add a popsicle stick and add one more spoon to cover it.
Place in the freezer and freeze for 3-4 hours, best overnight.
Prepare your ingredients for making a Chocolate Magic Shell sauce.
Using a double boiler, place sugar-free chocolate and coconut butter in and let it all melt together.
When your popsicles are fully frozen, and you are ready to dip, place the chocolate sauce into a tall container so you can dip the popsicles in.
Enjoy either immediately or store in the freezer for later.

Notes
Ice Popsicle Molds - best is to use silicone as the pops are easy to remove once frozen.
Sweetener - as I am in love with Allulose, I found the best sweetener to work with, especially for ice creams and popsicles. Allulose gives that additional creaminess to the popsicles.
