1/2 teaspoon baking powder (2g)
70g unsalted butter

180 degrees (355 F) fan forced for 11 minutes


Lemon Glaze Ingredients

1/2 cup powdered sugar (120ml, 60g)
1 tablespoon of lemon juice (15ml, 15g)

100 degrees (210 F) 1 minute
