In May 2024, San Diego Public Library Director Misty Jones announces the expansion of the Discover & Go program to include access to the City Heights Community Pool on Sundays.

Discover & Go is allows SDPL cardholders to visit San Diego attractions for FREE using their library account for groups of up to four people. With Discover & Go, families and individuals reserve digital tickets to the San Diego Zoo, Children's Museum, SDSU games and now, the pool.
