Have no fear, the Rogue Echo Bike V3 is here!

The Rogue Echo Bike V3.0.

Some concerns I have heard,
“Its too big for smaller people”
“I never used it because…”

This thing is an intense piece of conditioning equipment that’s for sure…

So happy I chose to go with this over the Assault Bike!

In this video I talk about the Echo Bike V3.0, the updated console, what I think of it, and I why I chose it over other options.

This is an extremely versatile, ya sure, you can go to town.. put your head down and go all out. But there is other ways to challenge yourself. Pleasantly surprised with the console and the different tools I can utilize to complete different type of workouts on this.

The efficiency of this machine can not be understated, high intensity in a short amount of time.

I think this fan bike is a master piece, it looks beautiful in my home gym. And in use you can feel the build quality.

For my size, at 5’7” I find the adjustability to be adequate, with even more adjustments if you were a few inches shorter.

Happy with this addition to my home gym.

Everyone should be working on their conditioning, I think this is a great way to do that.
