My PuraFlame electric fireplace insert was well packaged and came with no damage. It's a snap to install. Unbox it, unwrap the cord, set it in place, plug it in and turn it on. This thing works perfectly and after having it on for a few hours we forgot that the flames are only lights!
Not only does this Puraflame 33 inches western electric fireplace insert look like a real fireplace with logs ready to start a fire when it is turned off when you turn it on it looks very much like soft flames shooting up from the logs.
The embers glow different shades just like real coals do. You can also turn on the heater and have hot air blowing out from the fireplace to gently warm the room!!
Now I have it on all day morning until night!! We use it mostly for the pretty light! I also love the classic and realistic look of the logs and flame, and the faux brick pattern matched my actual fireplace pattern (lucky me)! This Puraflame 33 inches western electric fireplace looks amazing and I am delighted with it!
Overall, I would highly recommend this Puraflame Western 33 for anyone wanting an electric fireplace insert. It also fits so well in my fireplace opening that it looks like it was built in.
