In this video I show you how to make almond paste at home. It´s easy and quick to make and tastes much better than bought almond paste. Almond Paste is traditionally used as a filling in cookies, cakes, tarts, muffins or other desserts. It pairs well with chocolate or fruits like apples or plums. You can cook it or leave it raw. In addition I show you an easy way how to peel almonds fast.
