Upgrading BIOS and IPMI of Xeon D-1541 Supermicro SuperServer, moving iKVM from Java to HTML5

This is the Supermicro SuperServer Mini Tower SYS-5028D-TN4T that uses the X10SDV-TLN4F motherboard.
I start the video with BIOS 1.1 and IPMI 3.26 from early 2016.
I then uneventfully install BIOS 1.1a, it resets BIOS settings to factory defaults, I then reconfigure my BIOS as shown here:

Next, I "beta test" upgrade to IPMI 3.31 (it's not on Supermicro's product page quite yet), and test out HMTL using 64 bit Firefox and Chrome. After restarting iKVM, I obtain stable remote UI control, but there is no ability to easily mount ISO files quite yet.
