Today is a full body bodyweight workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will perform supersets and circuits today for 30 or 45 seconds using only out bodyweight. If you would like to pull out a jump rope, I used it for one of our circuits and I also pull out my bench so these two pieces of equipment can be incorporated. Turn up the intensity and GO CRUSH IT!

1. lateral Slides
2. Shoulder taps
3. Jackknives
4. Squat jumps

Circuit 2
5. Knee Drivers
6. Superman Swimmers

Circuit 3
7. Plank Side walk ins
8. Bear Crawl Kick throughs

Circuit 4
9. Jump Rope
10. Dips
11. Elevated Sit Ups
12. Split Squat rep and hold

Circuit 5
13. Toe taps on bench or dumbbells
14. Elbow Drops and reach at top and bottom

Circuit 6
15. Leg Raise hip raise

Circuit 7
16. Lunge jumps
17. Skip with Clap under traveling
18. Down dog to push up
19. Rotating Mermaid Crunches
20. squat and lunge jump ladder
