FOLLOW ME ON GRAAAAM: @8thWeekday Levi's Levi's Levi's, why must you do this to us. Today I investigated and got to the bottom of Levi's quality over the last 50 years. Also I lamented over the fact that hand pockets weren't a thing in denim jackets for about a million years give or take. So let's breakdown the 70's Levi's Denim Jacket real quick: 1. It's raw (unwashed) 2. It's NOT selvedge 3. The stitching is a little less perfect 4. The sherpa is a million times better. The denim is pretty uniform, nothing insane which is interesting because I was just reading from Levi's that they didn't really start introducing really uniform denim until the 80's. Maybe this is a bit of a later model and they were starting to do it? Not sure! Anyways the sherpa jacket is right up there with Levi's products like the 501's BUT ARE THE MODERN ONES ANY GOOD?!
