Dark Retreat Experience / My First Sharing after being in the Dark Room

I have done many Dark
I have done many Dark Retreats but this is the first time that im sharing and recording it.
I hope you can feel the calmness and deep relaxation I found in the Dark.
Im lucky that I own a Dark Retreat here at The Hermitage Retreat Center in Guatemala and I can do regularly a Dark Room Retreat. Its my favourite practice and I just love do dissolve and have a break of life every now and then. Just to come to the point where I feel im so empty that i found a deep inner peace and I ready to participate in life again.
Coming Out is always a blessing and I am gratefull for no particular reason. For the colours of the leaves, for the birds, for laugter, for the ants and everything.
So here a little Testimonial for you just when I came out.

Severin Geser is an experienced Meditation and Yoga teacher, Astrologer and Retreat Leader.
