Create a Local Administrator User Account in Windows 11

*UPDATE* The Other users is now a standalone section and is not under the Family section. Windows 11 allows you to create a local user account if you don't want to log into your computer with your Microsoft account. This way, the user settings are specific to this computer and not shared with your other Windows devices when you sign into them. Once you create this local user, you can then make it a local administrator on your computer using another account that has administrative privileges on the computer.
