मोहम्मद बिन कासिम जिसे 'मीर कासिम' के नाम से भी जाना जाता है । सर्वप्रथम 'मुहम्मद बिन कासिम का इतिहास' ग्रंथ में मिलता है और सभी इतिहासकारों ने 'चचनामा ग्रंथ' से ही मोहम्मद बिन कासिम के इतिहास को लिखा हुआ है । ऐसा माना जाता है कि 'चचनामा ग्रंथ की रचना' किसी अज्ञात व्यक्ति के द्वारा सर्वप्रथम अरबी भाषा में की गई थी कुछ इतिहासकार मानते हैं कि चचनामा ग्रंथ की रचना अली अहमद के द्वारा की गई थी और फारसी में इसका अनुवाद अबू बकर अली उसी के द्वारा किया गया था । 'मोहम्मद बिन कासिम का जन्म' 31 दिसंबर 695 ईसवी को सऊदी अरब की ताइफ़ शहर में हुआ था लेकिन बचपन में ही माता - पिता की मृत्यु होने के कारण उसका पालन - पोषण उसके ताऊ हज्जाज बिन यूसुफ ने किया जो इराके गवर्नर थे । 'मोहम्मद बिन कासिम का निकाह' हज्जाज बिन युसूफ की पुत्री जुबेदाह के साथ हुआ था और निकाह के पश्चात उसे सेनापति बनाया गया । मोहम्मद बिन कासिम ने 712 ईसवी में सिंध पर आक्रमण किया और राजा दाहिर को पराजित करके संपूर्ण चंद पर अधिकार कर लिया था और 'मोहम्मद बिन कासिम की मृत्यु' के संबंध में कई कहानियां प्रचलित हैं ।

Mohammed bin Qasim, also known as 'Mir Qasim'. First of all, the 'history of Muhammad bin Qasim' is found in the book and all historians have written the history of Mohammed bin Qasim from 'Chachnama Granth'. It is believed that the 'Chachnama Granth' was first composed by an unknown person in Arabic. Some historians believe that the Chachnama Granth was composed by Ali Ahmad and translated into Persian by Abu Bakr Ali. it was done. 'Muhammad bin Qasim was born' on 31 December 695 AD in the city of Taif, Saudi Arabia, but was raised as a child by his tau Hajjaz bin Yusuf, the Iraqi governor. 'Mohammed bin Qasim's nikah' took place with Zubedah, daughter of Hajjaz bin Yusuf and after nikah, he was made the 'commander. Mohammed bin Qasim' invaded Sindh in 712 AD and defeated King Dahir and captured the whole of Sindh and many stories regarding 'death of Mohammed bin Qasim' are prevalent.
