Why you should never let Q taunt you

Today we're playing some Street Fighter 3: Third Strike, against one of the game's most famous low tier characters: Q! Q is usually considered bottom 3 in the game, but due to the power of his taunt, his command throw, and his powerful super combos, he can still pull off some exciting wins. First we'll do a character overview on what makes Q tick, then we'll hop into some matches against my Ryu and Urien.
