Baby Newborn Puppy Cry after losing a family, suffering, and facing the risk of paralysis

Puppy was found on the street with bite-like injuries. But the most heartbreaking thing is that only 1 dog survived! He is also dying. Everything was very urgent, the rescuer had to quickly take the puppy to the vet. What really happened to these puppies, and where is their mother? Updated 2 days after being rescued, the puppy is stable. The injuries are fortunately not life-threatening. The rescuer became a mother to continue taking care of the dog. He is considerate, attentive and extremely careful.
