It doesn't get much easier than this and it is delicious.

Trim off the silver skin, season with Killer Hogs TX Brisket Rub, and put the picanha roast in a 225-250 degree F smoker and smoke it until it reaches an internal temperature of 110 degrees F.

Let the picanha rest for 15 minutes and then slice it into thick steaks before setting them on a hot grill.

Grill them to your desired level of doneness and serve immediately with the chimmichuri on top.
