When looking to buy a property in UAE, there are a few things that should be considered. Firstly, it is important to a property that serves your requirements.

Consider the location carefully, such as access to public transport and shops, proximity to schools or universities if applicable, and whether or not there are any parks nearby. Furthermore, if you are buying a  off-plan property consider whether there are any restrictions in place from the developer which may limit your ability to make changes/improvements later on down the line.
