herrings
oil
fish seasoning
vegetable seasoning
ginger powder
garlic powder
black pepper corn
fennel seeds
salt

vegetables:
onions
green pepper
red pepper
yellow pepper
chili pepper

you can use any seasoning of your choice. and i took out the guts before cooking
