Ingredients:
3 cups all purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp of salt
2 eggs
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate, chopped(chunks)
2 tsp vanilla essence
1/8 cup chocolate chips(optional)
Improvised oven Procedure:
1) Preheat over high heat for 10-15min.
2) In a bowl ombine all purpose flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well
3) In a separate bowl combine butter, white sugar and brown sugar. Beat until mixture is smooth
4) Beat one egg at a time
5) Mix in vanilla essence
6) Mix in flour mixture by batch
7) Fold chocolate chunks into the dough
8) Line a parchment paper onto a cookie sheet
9) Scoop out 1/8 cup cookie dough
10)Top cookies with chocolate chips
11)Cover and cook over low heat for 15-20min.
12)Cool for 5 minutes and then transfer cookies onto the wire rack and cool completely
If steam:
1) Bring water to a boil
2) Steam for 20 min. over low heat
If Frying pan:
*Cover and cook over very low heat for 10-15min.
