Lifesmart 1500W Infrared Heater - In depth troubleshooting of a circuit board.

In this video we have a logic and power supply board for a Lifesmart Infrared Heater.  Customer provided only the two boards and says that the lights come on but no heat output.  We go through the process of analyzing the power supply board and testing it.  Unfortunately we get to a point where we have to stop working on this unit as we are missing some kind of temp sensor..
