Alliance Defending Freedom is seeking to protect Title IX to ensure privacy and fairness for girls like Adaleia Cross. She lost opportunities to compete, and she endured sexual harassment from the male athlete in the locker room, while walking to practice, and out on the track. Girls deserve privacy and fairness, which is what Title IX was originally designed to provide.
