After negotiations with President of Russia Vladimir Putin in Minsk on 19 December Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko held a briefing for mass media and explained the importance of Belarus-Russia cooperation in detail and using concrete examples. The Belarusian leader stressed that the sides had created the base for a leap forward in the future.
