Indigenous chicken production in Zimbabwe; Featuring Mrs Mashazhu a female farmer in Greencroft

This episode features a female farmer who is producing chickens in the low density suburbs of Harare in Zimbabwe called Greencroft. She has well over 5000 chickens and and she also sells the indigenous eggs produced by the chickens.Her markets are mainly hotels and restaurants with one chicken going up to $12 USD and a crate of 30 eggs going up to $8 USD. The taste of the chicken is very unique almost like game meat with natural fats.
