In this video I will show you show to make one of my favorite cuts of steak. That would be the flank steak. The flank steak is a great cut of beef with fantastic flavor. When cooked properly the flank steak is one of the best pieces of beef.
I show you how to prep the flank steak to make a rolled stuffed flank steak. I smoke the stuffed rolled flank steak on the Pit Barrel Cooker or PBC. When you smoke a roast on the Pit Barrel Cooker there is no need to sear afterwards. the Pit Barrel Cooker gives the meat a great crust with no need to sear. Enjoy the video!
