CHICKEN WRAPPED ASPARAGUS WITH ALFREDO SAUCE | Cheesy mess of deliciousness

Hello, welcome to EZ Eatery! Today we're making a super easy chicken wrapped asparagus meal that tastes absolutely delicious! We're going to top with with some alfredo sauce and lots of cheese (of course). You won't believe how easy it is to make in the air fryer/oven. Let me share the recipe.
Chicken Wrapped Asparagus With Alfredo Sauce
1 chicken breast (pounded to about 1/4 in)
4-5 asparagus spears (I used frozen)
1C alfredo sauce
1/3 C Italian cheese
Preheat air fryer to 325 (F). Take the pounded chicken and place a couple Tbsp of alfredo sauce on the inside. Add asparagus spears. Add a handful of cheese. Roll up. If the chicken doesn't seem like it'll hold, put toothpicks to hold together. Cook in air fryer for 10 minutes. Flip chicken over and add remaining alfredo sauce and pile on the cheese. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes. That's it! Plate over some noodles and enjoy! I added a bit of parmesan and parsley to make it look prettier.
