I Am Alex

On behalf of Principal Mr Peter Fullagar:

“Alex Clark’s life was changed dramatically in August 2018 following a catastrophic spinal injury playing sport.

Since that day, Alex has displayed remarkable resilience and determination. Importantly, he has never lost his cheeky grin and knowing smile. The love of his family and the daily work of his carers has been integral to his recovery. During his journey through Nudgee College he has been supported by the whole school community but also by some profoundly caring and generous individuals on staff.

This documentary gives an insight into Alex’s journey as well as into those individuals who have shared this chapter of his life. As Alex graduates from St Joseph's Nudgee College, he does so with ambition for the future and excitement about what lies ahead.

I am very proud to share this documentary with you and I thank every person who has been a part of this inspiring story.”
