How to fix "Location is not available". The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable

Unable to open the "Users"
Unable to open the "Users" directory folders in Windows operating system, instead an error occurred "Location is not available". C:\Users\Userprofilefolder is not accessible. The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable.
When i try to do system restore, it can't be started and displaying the error "The disk Local Disk (C:) has errors". Windows has detected file system corruption on Local disk (C:). You must check the disk for errors before it can be restored.
Then checking drive for errors, and then repaired the drive after restarting the computer as shown in the video.
Event details about error checking on local disk:
Event 26226, chkdsk - Chkdsk was executed in scan mode on a volume. Checking file system on C:
Stage 1: Examining basic file system structure
Stage 2: Examining file name linkage
Following errors were found under this stage:
Found a bad index "$130" in directory and queued for offline repair.
The down pointer of current index entry with length 0x78 is invalid.
Found a miss-ordered index
Found corruption in index
Stage 3: Examining security descriptors
Under this stage chkdsk is verifying Usn Journal
Windows has found problems that must be fixed offline.Please run chkdsk / spotfix to fix the issues.
