LAPD Press Conference Arrest of Hit and Run Motorcyclist

The Los Angeles Police Department, City officials from Council District 14, Banning Police Department personnel, Street Racing Kills  leadership team, and Streets for Everyone leadership team will join to discuss the case of the severe hit and run traffic collision that injured 13-year-old victim Joshua Mora and the resulting arrest of Erwin Majano the early morning of April 11, 2023. In addition, we will also be  discussing Traffic safety laws, street safety, and elements of hit and run.
