ATP vs WTA Forehands - Why Men and Women Should Hit Different Forehands

I think it's important to understand that people do things for good reasons. Women tend to hit forehands the way they do because they're built differently. Teaching girls and women to hit ATP style forehands because you think its superior is ridiculous. Having them try not to "break the plane" when they don't have a natural ATP forehand is even more ridiculous.

I hope this video helps players and coaches to understand how the ATP and WTA forehands can help specific players to play to the best of their athletic abilities.
