This fix is for the Xbox Game Pass Exclusively for PC. The error that appears is:
It looks like you don’t have any applicable device(s) linked to your Microsoft account
Make sure you download the Xbox Game Pass App for PC here:
https://aka.ms/XboxInstaller
Once you download the app, it is going to force you to update Windows to the latest current version. In order for the Xbox Game Pass PC app to work, you need to have a Geniune Windows 10 running.
After you install the Xbox Game Pass app for PC, you should be able to download any games including Halo, Gears of War 5, and Forza.
