Mizeria is polish traditional dish made from cucumbers in sour cream with dill. It usually is served chilled with some kind of hot meat dish and potatoes on the side (of course :). I usually make mizeria in the summer, when cucumbers are in season. I think it's one of my favorite sided to go with fried meat (like schnitzel or cutlets).
Ingredients:
-2 Cucumbers
-2 tbsp Sour Cream (or Greek Yogurt)
-Salt, Pepper, Sugar
-Fresh Dill
