How to Make Keema Paratha - Fast & Easy Method | Mutton keema Paratha | Ramadan Special Recipes

Keema Paratha is a delicacy which is loved by all the mutton lovers. It is simple to make and the taste is truly amazing. Keema Paratha is different from the usual parathas that we make. Serve the Keema Paratha hot with some pickle, raita or curd.

Prep time: 30 mins
Cook time: 60 mins
Number of servings: 3-4 persons

Ingredients

To Make Keema Filling
Minced Mutton - 300 Gms
Salt - 1 Tsp
Kashmiri Chili Powder - 1 Tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 Tsp
Cumin Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Garam Masala - 1 Tsp
Onion - 1 No. Chopped
Green Chili - 2 Nos Chopped
Chopped Garlic
Chopped Ginger
Tomato - 1 No. Chopped
Coriander Leaves
Oil - 1 Tbsp
Water - 1/2 Cup

To Make Dough
Wheat Flour - 2 Cups
Ajwain - 1/2 Tsp
Salt
Water
Oil

Method
1. Mix all the ingredients for the filling and let it marinate for 30 minutes
2. Meanwhile, let’s make the dough
3. Mix all the ingredients for the dough and knead it
4. Knead the dough till you get a soft dough
5. Leave the dough aside till we make the filling
6. Heat a kadai with some oil, add the marinated mince and saute
7. Close and cook till the mince is cooked
8. Saute till excess water evaporates
9. Turn off the stove and cool the mixture
10. Take a small portion of the dough and roll it out
11. Place the filling in the centre and fold the edges of the rolled out dough into a parcel
12. Flatten the dough ball and start rolling it out
13. Roll out the paratha slightly thick
14. Heat a tawa and place the rolled out paratha
15. Flip the paratha once it’s cooked on one side
16. Apply some ghee or oil and cook till both sides of the paratha turns to a golden brown color
17. Serve the Keema Paratha hot with some pickle and curd.
