RetroArch on AppleTV: native on tvOS!

This is RetroArch 1.7.5 running on an AppleTV as a native tvOS app - no AirPlay mirroring here!

I'm in the process of porting it to tvOS and this is the first time I got a game running and playable.

This game is "Akumajou Densetsu" (Castlevania 3) on the Famicom using the FCEUMM core compiled for tvOS.

More work needs to be done, but I will be making a pull request to get this out to RetroArch soon!
