Dell OptiPlex 7780 All In One set up and review

Waited five years for an upgrade to my upgraded Lenovo AIO.  Well worth the wait.  Fast, quite and upgradable (see my other video where I add a 2T SSD).  Shame there was no Windows Hello camera or touch screen available when ordering online though......
