The Vivienne Westwood Gold Label Autumn-Winter 2014/15 Show at Paris Fashion Week

I was always fascinated by costume archives. Recently I remembered when more than 20 years ago Vivienne and I went to the Victoria and Albert museum to look at a very important collection of folders with photographs of creations of the house of Worth. I love Worth.

I went back again and it made an enormous impression on me!

This season is a free interpretation of his work. We combined it with influences of the Ashaninka tribe in Peru which we visited in 2013. They are wonderful people who care about the forest which is their home. They are kind and elegant and we are using their adornments. We have added military green in the fight for the environment and Worth's tulle for the morning mist.
