Path of Exile 3.22 - Voltaxic Rift, Lighting Arrow Occultist

This is a build that I have been messing around with. When I started it there were only 3 other Voltaxic Rift Occultist's on POE ninja and none of them were playing a attack skill. I started the build with under 1 divine investment and have been upgrading the build ever since. Let me know if this is something you all would play or want to see more content from.
