Ingredients

Cake:
200g/7oz Butter
300g/1Cup Granulated Sugar
3 Eggs
408g/3Cups Flour
Zest of 2 Lemons
240ml/1Cup Milk
15g/0.5oz Baking Powder

Lemon Glaze:
150g/1.3Cups Confectioners' Sugar
3Tbs Lemon Juice

Tips:
1 - Add the baking powder only at the end
2 - If you want a more firm glaze add less lemon juice.
    More lemon juice will result in a more fluid glaze 😉
