Indexing with a Delrin Timing Screw [Feed Screw]

This timing screw drive unit (also known as feed screw drive unit) was designed to index containers under our customer's capping system. The system allows the containers to be precisely indexed for the customers system so they are under the capper at the right time to make the capping process more efficient and bring better throughput.

Morrison designs timing screws with different materials, such as Delrin, when necessary in order to better accommodate the container being handled by the screw. It's part of what makes our solutions custom and unique, allowing the containers to be handled more precisely than they would be by other timing screw manufacturers.
