Basic cinnamon bread baked to
Basic cinnamon bread baked to perfection with lots of cinnamon powder. A step by step guide to simple and easy baking. Good for beginners in baking as instructions are simple and easy to follow. Easy Bread Making for newbies in baking and no mixer needed, try this one now!
Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients :
• 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour, sifted or 2 cups bread flour (add 2 tbsp of bread flour if the dough is sticky) - P9.00
• 1/4 cup light brown sugar - P2.50
• 3 tbsp vegetable oil - P4.00
• 1 large eggs - P7.50
• 1/2 tsp iodized salt - P0.50
• 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast - P5.00
• 1/2 cup fresh milk, warm about 110⁰F or you can use evap milk or 2 tbsp of powdered milk diluted in 1/2 cup water - P9.00
• 2 tbsp powdered milk (makes the bread softer, optional)
Filling:
• 1/4 cup light brown sugar - P2.50
• 2 tsp cinnamon powder - P3.00
• 2 tbsp soften butter - P5.00
• 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
Baking Pan:
1 round or square baking pan 9x3 or 8x3 inches
Baking time:
Preheat oven for 15 mins at 180⁰C. Use the middle rack of the oven only and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or golden brown on top.
Costing:
Cost of ingredients: P48.00
Overhead cost (40% of ingredients cost for elec, gas, fare, water etc) : P19.20
Total cost: P67.20
Yields: 1 round of 8pcs
Net cost per round: P67.20 x 1.7 (tubo) = P114.24
Selling Price: P100 - P120
