Long Term Food Storage - Repackaging Potatoe Flakes

I picked up more than a dozen boxes of Idahoan Mashed Potatoes.  These were greatly reduced in price as the best buy date was very close.  These are NOT instant, require milk, butter and salt.  Moved to Mylar and 5g bucket with O2 absorbers.  Part of the boring yet daily grind.
