Crispy pork belly in the air fryer | Miguel’s cooking with fire

Crispy pork belly tacos, made these pork belly strips on the air fryer. Super simple recipe and they come out super crispy.

Season skin with coarse sea salt, cover edge to edge for 1 hour. Then remove and poke as much holes as you can with a sharp knife. After Pat dry with paper towel and cut onto meat side but not all the way. Place in air fryer at 390 degrees for 45 min. Season the meat with whatever you like.
