Transformers Animated was a stylized line of Autobots and Decepticons that was true to the animated show and definitely was a less realistic approach. However, the series was a lot of fun. In this video, Captain Kyle reviews 4 knockoffs that are sized differently than the characters they were based on, plus retooled and in very different colors. These knockoffs of Sentinel Prime, Bumblebee, Ratchet, and Starscream are neat and you may find them a fun addition to your collection. Made by Weijiang, 3 of these bots are oversized, while one is slightly undersized and remolded. The Sentinel Prime knockoff is green and very well-armed. The Bumblebee knockoff is blue and also features some great weapons. The Ratchet knockoff is yellow and becomes a pick-up truck instead of an ambulance. And Starscream’s knockoff is a very different style of jet in red.
