THIS IS NOT BUILD GUIDE BY ANY MEANS. I DONT RECOMMEND REPLICATING EXACTLY THIS BV BUILD. It has damage, but its squishy. This i just my attempt of making cold bv for 1 div, that wasnt that good.

I dont rly recommend play exactly same build with this budget, but it might be very good with some changes for more defense.
Also mb there was better stuff to get, like curse on hit on ring with Profane Bloom, clearing would be better. Or different passives, or more defense by sacrificing dps, idk.
Used prism guardian, to get few more auras. Initially i wanted double void battery, but it was even more glass cannon lol.
