Product Review: Aiper Seagull SE
This is likely the entry level robotic vacuum from Aiper. I was really happy for the first few months. After that, the machine would get stuck more frequently against the wall. After contacting Aiper customer support, they took care of me pretty quickly and sent me a refurbished model that worked great. Then after a few more months of good usage, the plastic clips on the side broke off. It still functions good and the clips in the front and rear are in place, but the machine leaks particles and debris back into the pool as I'm pulling it out. I'm hoping Aiper will replace my machine once again, but I just haven't got around to contacting customer service again to report the issue.
