Taiwanese tennis ace Hsieh Su-wei
Taiwanese tennis ace Hsieh Su-wei has announced her doubles partner for the Paris Olympics. The World No. 2 in women’s doubles will pair with 20-year-old Tsao Chia-yi.
Tsao is ranked 153rd in women’s doubles. She went professional in 2022, and won her first title last October at the Hong Kong Open, partnered with China’s Tang Qianhui. This year, she won two ITF titles, in Kashiwa, Japan and Solarino, Italy. She was also runner-up at the ITF W50 Nonthaburi tournament in January.
