Recipe.
Red pepper-1kg
Garlic-75 gr.
Celery-200-250gr.
Marinade:
Water-325ml.
Vinegar (6%) - 125ml.
Vegetable oil-125 ml.
Salt-1 tbsp
Granulated sugar - 2 tablespoons (with a slide)
Bay leaf-2-3pcs.
Black peppercorns-5-6 pcs.

For preparation for the winter: we prepare sterilized liter jars, put herbs and garlic on the bottom, then blanche peppers, again herbs and garlic, and so we alternate. The last layer is greens, garlic. Fill the pepper with boiling marinade and cover with sterile lids. We sterilize liter cans for 15-20 minutes from the moment the water boils in a saucepan, roll it up and turn it over on the lids for approx. for 2-3 hours. Then turn it over again and leave it to cool completely. Cook for health !!!
